Coaching/Consulting Agreement & Cancellation Policy

By scheduling a consultation with DevOps IT Ltd. (ProjectFlow UK), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Limited Scope of Service. This engagement is limited to the consultation that you have selected for discussion of tech stack integration matters. If you decide to engage DevOps IT Ltd. (ProjectFlow UK) for additional services, you will be required to sign a new Service Agreement concerning those services.

Consultation Fee. The consultation is provided at a flat fee, which must be paid in advance and constitutes complete payment for the consultation. The consultation fee is fully earned upon receipt, subject to the cancellation and refund policy set forth below. You may cancel the consultation (thereby terminating any relationship with DevOps IT Ltd.) for any reason, and we may also cancel the consultation for any reason. In addition, you may be entitled to a refund of a portion of the consultation fee if the consultation is not provided, subject to the cancellation and refund policy below.

Cancellations, No-Shows, & Refunds. If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with at least 24-hours notice will receive a 75% refund, which you agree is the fee earned by DevOps IT Ltd. for losing the time slot we would have otherwise been able to book, plus the administrative refund the consultation time.

Any consultation that is not started within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show.

Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will receive a refund of the amount paid less 50%, which you agree is the fee earned by DevOps IT Ltd. for preparation for the consultation.

Because our time is limited, and we receive more requests for consultations and client work than we can fill, no-shows will not receive a refund of the fees paid. You will receive a full refund if we cancel the consultation.
