Terms and Conditions for Asynchronous Jira Consulting Services

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and using the asynchronous Jira consulting services provided by Project Flow Ltd., you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Description
Project Flow Ltd. offers asynchronous consulting services on Jira and related Atlassian products. These services allow clients to submit queries at any time, which will be responded to by a Jira expert according to the terms of the chosen plan.

3. Subscription Plans and Trial Period
Subscription Plans:
We offer various subscription plans with specific durations. Each plan grants unlimited access to our asynchronous Jira consulting services for the duration of the subscription.
Trial Period: The three-month plan includes a 1-day trial period. During this time, you can evaluate the service. If you are not satisfied, you have the option to cancel your subscription within 24 hours from the start of the trial.

4. Payment and Renewal
Payment: Full payment is required at the start of the subscription term.
Renewal: Subscriptions do not automatically renew. You must manually renew your subscription if you wish to continue receiving services after the end of the subscription term.

5. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any subscriptions once they are purchased, except as allowed by the trial period terms in Section 3. Please consider the 1-day trial period to ensure the service meets your needs before continuing with the subscription.

6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that you will not receive a refund upon cancellation, except within the trial period as described in Section 3. After cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

7. Use of Services
You agree to use the consulting services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Project Flow Ltd. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
